Rogers Cup in Montreal

I'm on a tennis kick this year. Wimbledon in London, then the Citi Open in DC, and now the Roger's Cup in Montreal!

Tickets here were also cheap, but a little higher than the Citi Open. If you didn't know, this tournament splits the men and women. This year the men are in Montreal and the women are in Toronto. They alternate each year. Anyway it isn't a major so I expected decent seats at affordable prices.

Roger is playing this year so he was the real reason I came. Who knows how many tournaments he has left in him. With two sets of twins, he is going to be occupied when he isn't playing tennis.

They have a big screen on the grounds that you can use to catch the action. The weather has been great so I can't complain!

This was my view on the first day. The top level of the upper bowl.

Citi Open in Washington DC

It's my least week on this project. The client is taking a brake and kicking out the primary SI. WHo knows if I'll be back. But guess what's in town!

The Citi Open is here and I got me some cheap tickets! Was here for two days. The first day I spent a little more to get a decent seat. $60 was for lower level under an over hang. Protect me from the rain. The second day was only $25 because I knew I didn't need to "reserve" a seat. These guys let you sit anywhere as long as you had a ticket.

Yes. There were some big names here and I got to see them for cheap. One thing I learned is to watch in the early rounds. Not everyone can play on the main court so you can see your favs on the side courts and get really close.

Yes... That's my home girl Genie! Look, I sat behind Genie's coach and her trainer!
